Standard Cleaning Includes:

*  Kitchen countertops and sink

*  Microwave and stove top

*  Outside of refrigerator and cabinets

*  Bathroom countertops and fixtures

*  Bathtub and/or shower cleaned

*  Toilets cleaned and disinfected/sanitized

*  Mirrors

*  Dust all surfaces including baseboards

*  Window blinds and windowsills cleaned/dusted

*  Ceiling fans and light fixtures cleaned

*  Floors throughout swept/vacuumed and mopped

*  Empty all trash cans (homeowner to provide the liners)

Deep Cleaning Includes:

*  All Standard Cleaning items

*  Dusting and polishing all surfaces including door frames and baseboards

*  Vacuum off furniture as needed

*  Wipe down all kitchen appliances

*  Scrub showers, including grout

*  Clean stove vent hood

*  Clean any marks or spots on walls

*  Vacuum/dust all ceiling vents

Additional Services as requested:

*  Laundry

*  Beds made

*  Clean inside of refrigerator

*  Clean inside of cabinets

*  Do the dishes

*  Inside of the oven cleaned
